Job summary

Cleared Solutions Inc. is seeking a Dev(Sec)Ops Developer/Engineer to shape DevSecOps strategy across client IT programs. You will work with diverse teams to design, implement, and optimize cloud-based security and deployment pipelines.

The role spans the full stack and promotes agile, DevSecOps practices for mission systems. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in cloud-based DevSecOps, with 3+ in IC, and strong certification background (AWS/Azure).

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
• Degree in CS/Engineering or closely related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience (3+ years in IC) in cloud-based DevSecOps environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate DevSecOps tools, technologies, and processes for deployment and monitoring of mission systems.
• Collaborate with application teams to adopt continuous build, test, and deployment practices.
• Promote DevSecOps methodologies across system engineering and operations teams.

Position Title

Dev(Sec)Ops Developer/Engineer

Description

Candidate will work closely with a diverse client project team responsible for shaping the client's Dev(Sec)Ops strategy and applying that strategy to specific client IT programs or across a large enterprise of federated programs developed by different organizations. The development environment is fast-paced, spans the full application stack, and increasingly leverages agile development methodologies, Dev(Sec)Ops tools and processes, and an expanding cloud-based infrastructure. Depending on current team needs, responsibilities may include: designing and integrating Dev(Sec)Ops tools, technologies, and processes for deployment, monitoring, and operations of mission systems; working with application teams to help adopt Dev(Sec)Ops continuous build, inspection, testing, and deployment approaches; participating in all aspects of system engineering and promoting industry standard Dev(Sec)Ops methodologies; and/or helping configure and monitor system to ensure maximum uptime and optimal performance for mission customers.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Positions require U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
• Degree: Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a closely-related Engineering or IT discipline
• Certifications: We prefer one or more of the following certifications: AWS Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Big Data, AWS Solutions Architect); Microsoft Azure certifications; Professional Cloud Solutions Architect
• Experience: Minimum 7 years (with minimum 3 years in the IC) developing, securing, integrating, deploying, maintaining, and evaluating systems leveraging a cloud-based infrastructure performing Dev(Sec)Ops-related functions
