BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join their practice in Detroit, Michigan. This role involves managing a substantial caseload and contributing to the development of a statewide workers' compensation practice.

The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in workers' compensation. The position offers benefits such as medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the MI State Bar Association.
• Minimum of 3+ years of workers' compensation experience.

• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day handling of cases and hearings.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses, including drafting reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
