Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its Tallahassee, FL practice. The attorney will manage a substantial caseload and contribute to statewide workers' compensation initiatives.

Requirements include a Juris Doctor, active FL Bar, minimum 3 years in workers' compensation, strong writing and advocacy skills, and the ability to handle hearings and depositions.

Qualifications

• Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association.
• Minimum of 3 years of workers' compensation experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day management of cases and hearings.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
