You will monitor access, conduct routine patrols, support badge and visitor processes, and provide professional customer service at a chemical/petrochemical location.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience, or a college degree.
• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet; customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, access concerns, and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access control, verify credentials, and maintain visitor, vehicle, and incident logs.
• Communicate observations and concerns to site contacts and leadership.
