Clark Construction Company is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to steer projects across Detroit and Southeast Michigan. Based in Detroit, you’ll lead diverse teams, manage complex renovations, and cultivate strong client relationships to deliver high-quality results.

The role emphasizes historic renovation experience, multi-project leadership, and proactive risk management, with opportunities to contribute to the region’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of construction operations, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Experience with historic renovation, restoration, adaptive reuse, or preservation projects preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Develop and maintain detailed project scopes, schedules, and execution plans.
• Proactively manage project risks, budgets, schedules, and scope changes.
