Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations management, business consulting, or a comparable operating role.

Responsibilities

• Launch and own Detroit market operations end-to-end including footprint, vendors, and driver onboarding.
• Manage day-to-day fleet operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee maintenance programs and partner with Growth on driver recruiting and retention.
• Build and manage the local operations team and budget, ensuring compliance and safety.
