You will participate in daily training, gain mentorship, and have advancement opportunities into leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other team‑oriented environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with customers through face‑to‑face interactions
• Learn client products, services, promotions, and sales strategies
• Assist with customer acquisition and retention efforts
• Work alongside team leaders to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills
• Participate in daily training, team meetings, and professional development
• Support sales and marketing initiatives throughout the Detroit market
• Contribute to customer engagement and overall team performance
• Assist with mentoring newer team members as leadership skills develop
• Take on additional responsibilities designed to build management and business experience
