Superior is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from Detroit, Michigan. The role reports to Senior Project Manager and requires coordinating with the Superintendent and Foremen to maintain schedules and budgets.

Offering a $105,000–$140,000 annual base, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus, this full-time position emphasizes rapid risk mitigation, client relations, and project closeout processes at a Detroit site.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of project operations/project management experience in commercial construction or equivalent field operations management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Systems Management, Engineering, or related field, or Construction Management certificate.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $5M–$50M.
• Extensive knowledge in construction management software.
• Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

Responsabilidades

• Mitigate and manage project risk, and elevate concerns quickly to leadership.
• Create and manage the full project schedule from kickoff to closeout.
• Manage all project finance requirements including billings, setup, buy-out, cost control, and change orders.
• Earn client trust through strong relationships, communication, and collaboration.
• Chair project meetings with customers and coordinate cross-department resources.
