Universal Health Services is seeking a per diem Detox Unit Registered Nurse for a new Northwest Reno facility. You will provide safe, compassionate care in a medical/telemetry environment, engaging patients and families in planned care and leveraging patient-centered care standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists to support individualized treatment plans in a 24-hour secure environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Current BLS certificate.
• One year full time or three years part time experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Involves patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional needs in care assessment.
• Constructs and implements the care plan using nursing knowledge and direct/indirect care.
• Collaborates with care partners to meet educational, physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
