Job summary

Diamond Detox is hiring experienced RN and LPN professionals for part-time and PRN/on-call day and night shifts in Kaysville, Utah. Pay ranges from $30 to $39 per hour, depending on experience and education.

This ASAM 3.7 Medically Monitored Inpatient facility focuses on withdrawal management using medication-assisted treatment, nutrition, and holistic care. You will work on the front lines of the recovery journey, manage complex withdrawal symptoms, and ensure patient safety during critical

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license.
• Experience with EMAR systems and the ability to follow rigorous medical protocols with precision.
• Prior experience in detox, behavioral health, or emergency services highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments based on patient assessments.
• Reliability and flexibility in a 24/7 care environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage complex medication tapers and protocols via EMAR.
• Use COWS, CIWA, and other evidence-based tools to make real-time, symptom-driven clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate nutrition and holistic modalities into each patient's treatment plan.
• Model healthy coping skills and professional boundaries, providing a stable and encouraging presence for patients in transition.

We're seeking compassionate, clinically-minded RNs and LPNs to join our growing team. As the frontline of a patient's recovery journey, you'll use your clinical expertise to manage complex withdrawal symptoms and ensure patient safety during the most critical days of recovery.
