Job summary

You will support nurses, assist with triage and admissions, and help ensure compliance with privacy regulations while delivering compassionate care.

The role involves monitoring patients, assisting with medications, and maintaining accurate records in the EMR. Evening/night shifts may be required at times to support 24/7 care delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the medical field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses with care of patients undergoing withdrawal management, including night shifts.
• Support triage, admission, and discharge processes for withdrawal management services.
• Assist with transition of patients to other programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting per policies.
