Delta-T Group Hartford, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide detox care in Middletown, CT. The role involves triage, withdrawal management, medication administration, and coordination with physicians and pharmacies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including physical examination, TB test, CPR, and First Aid.

Client's Available Hours

Summary of Client's Description of This Opportunity

• Administer and monitor individuals' medical needs in accordance with orders by prescribing physicians


• Order, transcribe, and reconcile medications per MD order as needed


• Communicate with pharmacy as needed


• Maintain ongoing relationships with other health care providers to provide consistency of prescribed treatment procedures and techniques


• Maintain medical records and oversee thorough documentation
