EOSIS Gateway Recovery – Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a passionate Admissions Registered Nurse for full-time shifts from 11am to 7pm. You will lead admissions triage, conduct intake health assessments, and ensure care per established protocols while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• HIPAA knowledge and healthcare ethics.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Admissions and intake via telephonic triage and on-site assessments.
• Provide assessments such as COWS and CIWA per protocol.
• Coordinate with admissions, clinical and leadership teams.
• Document patient notes in the EHR per DHS regulations.
• Promote a safe, therapeutic environment and quality care.
• Assist in orientation of new staff.
