Job summary

All In Solutions in New Jersey seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our detox and short-term residential team. You will oversee acute medical stabilization, administer MAT, and ensure patient safety during withdrawal, while delivering non-judgmental, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in New Jersey.
• Experience in substance use treatment, detoxification, or behavioral health.
• Knowledge of withdrawal protocols and MAT procedures.
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage acute withdrawal with CIWA/COWS protocols.
• Administer medications and monitor side effects.
• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing safety checks.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and case managers.
• Provide patient education on relapse prevention and aftercare.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation in EHR.
