Qualifications

• Current LPN License in the state of operations.
• LPN Diploma & State License Required.
• Knowledge of drug and alcohol treatment preferred.
• Working knowledge of Google Products/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assess/educate patients during withdrawal and administer detox medications.
• Administer prescribed medications and educate patients.
• Maintain accurate medication counts and narcotic inventories.
• Document care in EMR and communicate with the care team.
• Ensure patient safety by following therapeutic standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with onboarding of new nurses for medication administration.
• Adhere to attendance and confidentiality policies.
