Ace Hardware Home Services, Inc. in Dayton, OH is hiring a Commercial HVAC Install Helper to assist under a Lead Installer. You will participate in assembling and installing HVAC units, ductwork, and piping while maintaining logs and delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year HVAC installation experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and air flow preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.

What You’ll Do

Physical Requirements

• Physically able to work on HVAC units - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
• Ability to work outside; exposed to heat and cold.
• Ability to hear and speak to exchange information.

A valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of US driving experience, is required for this role.
