Responsibilities

• Develop experimental designs and work plans for prototype products to meet performance metrics.
• Review data, interpret results, and propose next steps for development.
• Collaborate with packaging, process development, and manufacturing during development and commercialization.
• Record observations and keep lab notebook up to date.
