Qualifications

• 5+ years in detention, correctional, or law enforcement transport.
• Experience managing a 50+ vehicle fleet and 75+ staff.
• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combos acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee large-scale detention transportation operations.
• Coordinate dispatch to meet timelines and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA and detention standards.
• Lead fleet maintenance, budgeting, and performance metrics.
• Develop staffing plans for 24/7 operations.
