Qualifications

• 18 months of full-time, progressively responsible clerical experience.
• Six months of the above experience plus completion of an administrative or office certificate program from an accredited U.S. college or university, or a certified foreign studies equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake and release of incarcerated individuals and maintain custody records.
• Interpret complex legal documents and calculate time served based on local/state guidelines.
• Conduct in-person interviews to collect personal information and research criminal histories using electronic databases.
