Qualifications

• Master's in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• Minimum 2 years of management of programs and services.
• Detention/correctional environment experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily healthcare operations including medical and behavioral health services.
• Supervise healthcare personnel and administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with detention standards and HIPAA requirements.
• Coordinate resident medical appointments and outside services.
• Review documentation, reports, and compliance materials for accuracy.
• Manage medical supplies, equipment, and procurement activities.
• Support audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate communication among physicians, nurses, leadership, and external providers.
• Maintain staffing levels and monitor performance and emergencies.
• Prepare operational summaries and performance metrics for leadership.
