Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor prepared Registered Nurse with active US license.
• Knowledge of nursing practice act and CPR/BLS.
• Experience in clinical nursing across settings desirable.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to detainees and perform assessments.
• Document encounters using SOAP/EHR with signatures.
• Administer medications following 6 rights and IHSC guidelines.
• Coordinate care with physicians and APPs.
• Respond to emergency calls and provide acute care as needed.
