Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises inmate workers, conducts roll calls, and assigns daily duties to ensure safety and security.
• Leads custodial tasks such as cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining shower, toilets, floors, and infirmary areas.
• Oversees food service line, deliveries, and kitchen cleanliness; ensures proper food temperatures and diet requirements.
• Manages daily laundry exchanges and documentation of issues.
• Maintains inventory and requisitions equipment or supplies; writes maintenance reports.
