Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group is seeking a senior detailing professional for a critical leadership role in our growing detailing team. You will set detailing standards, implement QA processes, and oversee vendor selection to ensure project success.

You will check drawings and models before release, ensure CNC and PowerFab deliverables are accurate, and minimize errors and change orders while guiding internal teams and external vendors through complex fabrication projects.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of structural steel detailing experience.
• Background in fabrication environment.
• Strong experience in checking and QA.
• Familiarity with PowerFab.
• Comfortable managing vendors and internal teams.

This is the most critical hire in the detailing team. You’ll set standards, manage workflow, oversee sublet detailing, check deliverables, and ensure smooth handoff to CNC and PowerFab.
