You will lead the detailing team, manage workflow, coordinate with production and quality to support schedules, and uphold safety procedures in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.

Strong leadership, hands-on detailing experience, and a commitment to quality are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in machine shop detailing or manufacturing finishing.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or lead experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks and monitor the progress of detailing technicians.
• Train and mentor team members on detailing techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures.
• Foster a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
• Prioritize detailing work based on production schedules, delivery deadlines, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with production, quality, service, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Monitor job status and adjust priorities as needed to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of detailing tools, equipment, and cleaning materials.
• Enforce OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures at all times.
