This position is an in-office position located in Greensboro, NC.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team of detailers who complete rebar drawings for construction projects
• Coordinate project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Organize and maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects
• Provide assistance as needed to customers, sales representatives, and detailers
• Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays that may arise
• Research and resolve issues such as reported discrepancies between initial estimates and shop drawings
• Pull monthly productivity reports from ASA (rebar program)
• Interpret blueprints and drawings
• Additional duties as assigned

Experience & Skill Requirements:

• Prior experience or working knowledge with AutoCAD or similar program is strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints is preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented mindset
• Strong basic math skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel)
