Porter is hiring a Lot Attendant in Medford, MA to join a high-volume automotive dealership team. The role focuses on organizing inventory, preparing vehicles for delivery and photos, and supporting Sales and Service with daily operations.

Ideal candidates show reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Automotive experience is a plus but not required, with full-time hours and dealership operating schedules.

Responsibilities

• Move, park, stage, and organize new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership lot.
• Prepare vehicles for customer deliveries, photos, and showroom display.
• Assist with vehicle basic appearance preparation.
• Ensure inventory is positioned correctly and readily accessible.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing vehicle inventory.
• Maintain proper vehicle stickers, buyer's guides, plate brackets, and other required materials.
• Help identify missing keys, photos, stickers, or inventory information.
• Keep the showroom and vehicle display areas organized and properly stocked.
• Assist Sales and Service departments with vehicle movement and daily operational needs.
• Maintain vehicle security and ensure vehicles are properly locked.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and management direction.
• Perform other duties necessary to keep a high-volume dealership running efficiently.
