Job summary

Salinas Honda is seeking a Detailer/Car Washer to professionally clean the interior and exterior of new and used vehicles. You will inspect finishes, meet specific customer requirements, and maintain tools and equipment to deliver top-quality results.

The role requires 1+ year of detailing experience, open availability including evenings and weekends, and a valid driver's license. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wax, polish, refurbish and detail vehicles that were collision damaged, as well as old and new vehicles.
• Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service.
• Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements.
• Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment.
• Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion.
• Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members.
• Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.

As a Detailer/Car Washer you will be responsible for cleaning the interior and exterior of new and used vehicles.

What you'll be working on:

What you need to bring to the table:

• 1+ years of automotive detailing preferred
• Open availability required, including evenings, weekends
• Ability to work overtime, as business needs require
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation to and from work consistently
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record. DMV check required.

Salary: $17.20-$30.00/hr

*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
