Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a Merchandiser in Shreveport, LA to stock and rotate products at local stores. You will drive your own vehicle to assigned locations, check in with store managers, and maintain attractive displays throughout shifts.

Expect a fast-paced, physical role with on-the-job training and a requirement to work weekends and holidays. Mileage is reimbursed while on clock and safety practices are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work on weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Must be able to lift 15 to 40 pounds and handle products repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned store locations in your personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed while on the clock.
• Check in and out with the manager on duty.
• Merchandise cases from back room to sales floor, fill displays with products.
• Rotate products and remove defective/outdated items.
• Tidy shelves/displays, dispose of waste and knock down boxes.
• Assemble and disassemble temporary displays.

Quick Look

• Pay: $17.45 per hour

• Location: Shreveport, LA

• Work Days: Variable schedule, 2 days off per week

• Start Time: 2:00 PM

• End Time: Until work is completed

Minimum Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays, as well as off shift
• You have reliable or personal transportation to work
• You have a have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You are able to lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

Merchandise local stores with Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, and more, keeping shelves full, fresh, and ready for shoppers.

What You’ll Do

• Drive to assigned store locations in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided while you’re on the clock)
• Check in and out with the manager on duty
• Merchandise cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products
• Rotate products and remove defective and out-of-date products
• Tidy up shelves and displays, knock down boxes, and dispose of any waste
• Assemble and disassemble temporary displays
