Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to stock and rotate popular snack brands at local Shawano retailers. You will travel in your own vehicle, keep shelves replenished, and build attractive displays.

Role requires weekend availability, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Training is provided in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays, as well as off shift.
• You have reliable transportation to work.
• You have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without accommodation.
• You can lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned store locations in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement on clock).
• Check in and out with the manager on duty.
• Merchandise cases from back room to sales floor, fill displays.
• Rotate products and remove defective/out-of-date items.
• Tidy shelves and displays, dispose of waste.
• Assemble/disassemble temporary displays.

• Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday & Wednesday 5:00 AM CT. Saturday & Sunday 6:00 AM CT - Tuesday & Wednesday 10:30 AM CT. Saturday & Sunday 11:30 AM CT.

What You’ll Do

• Check in and out with the manager on duty
• Merchandise cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products
• Rotate products and remove defective and out-of-date products
• Tidy up shelves and displays, knock down boxes, and dispose of any waste
• Assemble and disassemble temporary displays
