Job summary

Olathe Ford Lincoln Detailer is a full-time, on-site position based in Olathe. You will detail new and used vehicles, ensuring top quality finishes and customer satisfaction. The role requires care with tools and a willingness to work as part of a team to meet daily targets.

Schedule is 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays; some weeks may require a Saturday shift with a midweek day off in exchange. Pay is $17 per hour, with benefits as listed in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Report damage promptly to supervisor.
• Coordinate with team members to plan workloads.
• Maintain high standards and represent the organization positively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays. Weeks that include a Saturday shift have Wednesday off instead.

Pay: $17/hr

Responsibilities:

• Clean, wax, polish, refurbish, and detail used and new vehicles


• Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service


• Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements


• Maintain the proper function of all service tools and equipment


• Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion


• Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members


• Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization


• Other duties as assigned
