Maverick Ford is seeking a Detailer to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and restoring the inside and outside of vehicles to keep them looking their best, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, polishing, and applying protective products.

You will work with a team to ensure high-quality service, meet customer specifications, and uphold the dealership’s standards. This role offers growth opportunities in a family-owned, long-term job security environment.

Responsibilities

• Detail and restore vehicles inside and out to high standards.
• Wash, wax, vacuum, polish and apply protective products.
• Inspect finished work for quality.

• Coordinate with team to complete tasks efficiently.
• Report damages to supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to safety and tool maintenance standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, wax, polish, refurbish and detail old and new vehicles.

• Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service.

• Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements.

• Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment.

• Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion.

• Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members.

• Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization.

• Other duties as assigned.
