• Willing to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, and detail vehicles inside and out (including new deliveries, service vehicles, and customer cars).
• Perform basic interior vacuuming and window cleanin.
• Maintain cleanliness of the wash area and detailing tools.
• Assist the service team with vehicle movement on the lot.
• Complete assigned work within scheduled timeframes.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Pay Range for this position is $16.90 - $36.70. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
