Job summary

Master’s Transportation, Inc. in Fontana, CA is seeking a detailer to clean and maintain our fleet. The role includes washing, buffing, waxing exteriors, vacuuming, steaming interiors, and ensuring accurate records on vehicle condition.

You will apply company standards and client specifications while delivering excellent customer service. This position is part-time, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, three days per week.

Qualifications

• Prior detailing experience may be preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Detail vehicles according to company standards or client specifications.
• Thoroughly wash, buff, and wax exteriors; vacuum, steam, and deodorize interiors.
• Keep records related to gas levels and vehicle condition; communicate with customers.
• Deliver high-quality cleaning and care of all company fleet vehicles.
• Assist as needed and adhere to company policies.

Job Summary:

Detailer will clean vehicles according to company standards or client specifications, which may include performing detail inspections, thoroughly washing, buffing, and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, steaming, and deodorizing interiors, and keeping records related to gas levels and the condition of the vehicle. You should possess strong customer service skills and be familiar with the tools and agents used to clean and maintain vehicles.

Essential Functions:

• Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Deliver and execute high-quality cleaning and care of all company fleet vehicles.
• Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
• Assist Porters as a chase driver when needed.
