You will review drawings and specs, prepare accurate submittals using industry software, support project managers and sales, and strive for on-time project delivery while pursuing DHIA certification within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in an office, business, or administrative environment
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings or willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of commercial doors, frames, and hardware preferred but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to earn DHIA certification within six months of hire

Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings, specs, and documents to determine door, frame, and hardware requirements

• Develop proficiency with detailing software and DH Pace processes while supporting the overall project team
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete projects within established timelines
