Job summary

Great American RV SuperStores in Calera, Alabama, is seeking a high-energy RV Detailer to join our busy regional team. We don’t just wash RVs; we prep dreams for the open road and value a lead-by-example work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

You will wash, wax, and polish exteriors, thoroughly clean interiors, perform rigorous final inspections, and advise customers on RV care. The role requires outdoor work, ladder work, and moving between large units all day, with Sundays off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior detailing experience (RV, Marine, or Heavy Equipment) preferred.
• Knowledge of RV cleaning techniques and products is helpful.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
• Comfort working outdoors and moving between large units.

Responsibilities

• Wash, wax, and polish exterior surfaces of RVs, including body, windows, and tires.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize interiors, including upholstery and kitchens.
• Conduct rigorous final inspections to ensure high customer standards.
• Interact with customers, offering expert RV care recommendations.
• Maintain an organized workspace and safe cleaning processes.

Summary:

We’re looking for a high-energy RV Detailer. As a high-volume regional leader, we don't just wash RVs; we prep dreams for the open road. If you have a passion for perfection, are a natural leader in a fast-paced environment, and have a "lead-by-example" work ethic, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

• Wash, wax, and polish the exterior surfaces of RVs, including the body, windows, and tires. Remove dirt, grime, and any debris to enhance the vehicle's appearance.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize the interior of RVs, including upholstery, carpets, kitchens, bathrooms, and all compartments.
• Conduct rigorous final inspections on all motorhomes and towables, ensuring they meet the high standards our customers expect.
• Interact with customers regarding their needs and preferences, providing expert recommendations on the care of their RVs.
• Maintain an organized workspace and equipment area to ensure efficiency and safety during cleaning processes.

What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experiencedetailing (RV, Marine, or Heavy Equipment preferred).
• Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and products specifically for RVs is highly desired but not required.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Knowledge of buffing, oxidation removal, and interior restorative cleaning.
• Comfort working outdoors, climbing ladders to inspect roofs, and moving between large units throughout the day.
