Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking a meticulous RV Detail Technician to ensure every sold RV is spotless and ready for delivery. You will schedule detailing, clean interiors and exteriors, and ensure each unit meets high standards for customer handover.

On a daily basis, you will inspect for damage, use proper cleaning products, and maintain a tidy, safe workspace while supporting the sales and service teams to boost customer satisfaction and brand trust.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug test required.
• Vehicle detailing experience is a plus but not required.
• Physical stamina for repetitive tasks (bending, lifting, standing).

Responsibilities

• Review the daily schedule to identify which RVs need detailing.
• Clean interior and exterior surfaces thoroughly, including floors, windows, appliances, and upholstery.
• Inspect RVs for damage or maintenance needs and report findings.
• Ensure compartments, storage areas, and tanks are clean and debris-free.
• Use proper cleaning chemicals and tools safely and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain detailing equipment and supplies.
• Communicate with sales and service teams about status of detailed units.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.

Job description

We’re looking for a highly motivated and meticulous RV Detail Technician to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility is to ensure every sold RV is spotless and ready for delivery. Each day, you will review which units are scheduled for detailing and thoroughly clean each trailer from top to bottom. You will work primarily on sold units, including both new and older trade‑ins, making sure each RV meets our high standards and provides an excellent first impression to customers. Pay range: $15-$17 hourly plus bonus.

Key Objectives

• Deliver consistently high-quality cleaning and detailing to all assigned RVs.
• Ensure every sold RV is ready for customer pickup or delivery on schedule.
• Identify and report any damage or maintenance issues noticed during detailing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Support the sales and service teams by providing well‑prepared RVs that enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

What You’ll Bring
