Qualifications

• No prior detailing experience required, but any cleaning/detailing background is a plus
• Must maintain high quality standards and take pride in results
• Self-directed with ability to work under flat-rate incentives
• Comfortable operating detail equipment safely and effectively
• Physically capable of standing, bending, and being on your feet
• Reliable and punctual, supports overall store operations
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior detailing on vehicles to dealership standards
• Prepare vehicles for guest delivery ensuring cleanliness and presentation
• Apply protective finishes and aftermarket appearance products as directed
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic issues and address or escalate as needed
• Operate detailing equipment (pressure washers, buffers, vacuums, steam cleaners) safely
• Maintain a clean, organized detail bay and work area
• Coordinate with service advisors, sales staff, and porters to prioritize readiness
• Work in a flat-rate environment focused on throughput and quality
