Dahl Automotive in Onalaska, WI is seeking a detailer to wash and detail vehicles for the lot and for guests. You will work with a team to clean interiors and exteriors, apply wax, and take listing photos. Pay starts at $17+ per hour, with potential increases based on experience and performance.

The role supports sales and service, requires attention to detail, and invites long-term career growth in a busy Honda team environment at our state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy in vehicle detailing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to stand, crawl, bend, and reach to detail vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Wash exterior and interior of vehicles to dealership standards.
• Vacuum interior, clean windows, apply wax and buff as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for defects and communicate with managers.
• Ensure showroom-ready appearance of vehicles for lot and website photos.
• Take quality photos of vehicles for online listings.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

Join our busy Honda team as a Detailer at our state-of-the-art facility, ideally located in Onalaska, just off of Theatre Road. You will work independently and part of a team to perform interior and exterior washes of vehicles for the lot and for guests. We have top notch equipment to make your job easy and to make you as efficient and productive as possible. Pay for this position starts at $17+ per hour, with opportunities to increase based on experience and performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales and service departments with clean and quality detailed vehicles. Conform to dealer specifications
• Wash exterior, clean interior, vacuum interior and clean windows
• Apply wax to vehicle and use buffer to shine
• Clean engine and engine compartment
• Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects such as dents or scratches and bring to managers attention
• Have vehicles looking showroom ready when getting back to the lot for sales
• Take quality photos of all vehicles that are website ready
• Must be able to work in fast pace environment
