Job summary

Dahl Automotive in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Detail Technician to professionally clean and detail vehicles for showroom-ready presentation. You will support both sales and service teams, ensuring high-quality finishes and accurate vehicle documentation.

Responsibilities include exterior washing, interior detailing, wax application, engine cleaning, and photographing vehicles for online listings. A valid driver's license and ability to work actively are required.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand, crawl, bend, and get in and out of vehicles to complete details.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales and service departments with clean and quality detailed vehicles according to dealer specifications.
• Wash exterior, clean interior, vacuum interior, and clean windows.
• Apply wax to vehicles and use a buffer to shine surfaces.
• Clean engine and engine compartment.
• Inspect vehicles for dents or scratches and report to managers.
• Prepare vehicles to be showroom ready when returning to the lot for sales.
• Take quality photos of all vehicles for website listing.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Wash exterior, clean interior, vacuum interior and clean windows
• Apply wax to vehicle and use buffer to shine
• Clean engine and engine compartment
• Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects such as dents or scratches and bring to managers attention
• Have vehicles looking showroom ready when getting back to the lot for sales
• Take quality photos of all vehicles that are website ready
• Must be able to work in fast pace environment
