Job summary

Dahl Automotive in Onalaska, WI is seeking a Detailer to clean and prepare vehicles for lot and guests. You will work independently and as part of a team, using top-notch equipment to ensure efficient detailing. This role supports sales and service departments and offers career path opportunities within a long-standing local legacy.

The position focuses on interior and exterior washes, waxing, engine cleaning, and showroom-ready presentation, with room to grow in a busy Honda team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• The ability to stand, crawl, bend, and get in and out of vehicles to complete details.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales and service departments with clean and quality detailed vehicles. Conform to dealer specifications
• Wash exterior, clean interior, vacuum interior and clean windows
• Apply wax to vehicle and use buffer to shine
• Clean engine and engine compartment
• Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects such as dents or scratches and bring to managers attention
• Have vehicles looking showroom ready when getting back to the lot for sales
• Take quality photos of all vehicles that are website ready
• Must be able to work in fast pace environment
