Bergstrom Premier Motorcars is seeking a Detail Technician in Wisconsin. You will perform thorough vehicle detailing, inspections for damage, and ensure high-quality presentation before vehicles go to guests or the sales lot.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Detailing: Clean, polish, wax exteriors and interiors; wash, vacuum, spot-clean upholstery.
• Inspection: Check for damage/defects and report to service team.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure cleanliness and presentation before guest handoff or lot placement.
• Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Clean and organize detailing tools and area.
• Product Application: Apply protective coatings, leather/fabric protectants.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with service and sales teams to manage workload.

If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding service and growing your career, Bergstrom is the place for you!What You'll DoVehicle Detailing: Perform thorough cleaning, polishing, and waxing of vehicle exteriors and interiors, including washing, vacuuming, and spot-cleaning upholstery.Inspection: Inspect vehicles for any damage, defects, or areas requiring additional attention, and report findings to the service team.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all vehicles meet Bergstrom Automotive's high standards for cleanliness and presentation before they are returned to the guest or placed on the sales lot.Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean detailing equipment and ensure the work area is organized and safe.Product Application: Apply protective treatments to vehicles, such as paint sealants, leather conditioners, and fabric protectants.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service and sales teams to prioritize and manage the detailing workload effectively.Schedule: Full TimeMonday - Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pmOccasional Saturdays 9:00 am - 5:00 pmPay starting at $15.00-19.00/hour based on experience.
