Job summary

Defined Fitness Inc. is hiring a Detail Team Member to uphold cleanliness and safety across all club facilities in Albuquerque. You will perform custodial tasks, monitor spaces, and provide courteous service to members and staff.

The role requires a diligent, project-oriented mindset, ability to work independently, and availability across all days including holidays. Training includes CPR/AED certification within 45 days, with benefits like gym access and staff memberships.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain CPR/AED certification within the first 45 days of employment.
• Must be available and able to work any day of the week (including holidays).
• Experience working in a similar position or in janitorial services preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Detail, clean, and disinfect all internal and external areas of the club, including walkways and the parking lot.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs, including but not limited to trash removal, locker room cleaning, and re-racking weights.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
• Communicate politely and respectfully with all team members.
• Maintain an organized facility for members to utilize
• Assist with large projects under supervision (e.g., painting).

The Detail Team Member ensures the highest level of facility cleanliness and safety through proactive monitoring and completion of assigned custodial tasks. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Must be available and able to work any day of the week (including holidays).
• PC literate, including basic report-writing skills.
• Must obtain and maintain valid CPR/AED certification (including infant and child) within the first 45 days of employment.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a similar position or in janitorial services preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours at a time
• Must be able to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds
• Must be able to perform the following tasks: walk, squat, bend, stoop, stand, listen, read, and write
