Aufgaben

• Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and accruals.
• Research and resolve reconciling items and unusual GL activity in a timely manner.
• Process and review vendor invoices using two-way and three-way matching; verify coding and approvals.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
• Prepare and post journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Support month-end, quarterly, and year-end close activities and analyses.
• Assist with intercompany accounting, fixed assets, and audit requests.
