Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting with 2+ years GL experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile general ledger and subsidiary ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, prepaid expenses, and amortizations.
• Review and analyze account balances, investigate discrepancies.
• Support preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure policy compliance.
• Review transactions and account coding for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.
• Support financial and operational analysis projects.
• Collaborate across departments to improve processes and reporting.
• Troubleshoot accounting and system-related issues.
