Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required or preferred; Associate's degree acceptable with experience.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Desktop/Online and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepare business and individual tax returns.
• Analyze financial data and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Prepare payroll tax filings and sales tax returns.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve questions.
