Norbar Torque Tools, a division of Snap-on Incorporated, is seeking aShipping & Receiving Clerk to efficiently process incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate inventory records. The role supports service department work and requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in shipping/receiving or related warehouse environment (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Unload incoming deliveries, verify quantities and condition against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Receive and process incoming goods for service department work.
• Report discrepancies or damages to designated personnel.
• Properly store received goods, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Pick and pack orders based on customer requests and shipping instructions.
• Weigh and measure packages to determine shipping methods and costs.
• Prepare and print shipping labels with accurate documentation.
• Schedule pick-ups with carriers and track outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and stock takes.
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain clear documentation of all shipping and receiving activities.
• Serve as primary backup for the warehouse/ops manager.
