Responsibilities

• Vacuum, mop and clean all entrances.
• Vacuum and mop all floors in common areas.
• Dust furniture, molding and woodwork in halls and common areas.
• Clean rest rooms and laundry rooms.
• Vacuum/mop and polish elevator and clean office.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and pictures in common areas.
• Empty trash containers daily in common areas.
• Meet and exceed established performance goals and safety policies.
• Attend required department events and trainings.
• Perform other tasks as required.
