• Read and apply detailed guidelines from multiple agencies and jurisdictions.
• Maintain excellent attention to detail while managing multiple projects.

• Clear verbal and written communication for reporting and documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with people across departments and levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of document control and good documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials, components, labels, kits, and finished products to verify compliance with standards and work instructions.
• Create certificates of compliance and approve or verify work orders, schedules, procedures, and related documentation.
• Quarantine and maintain non-conforming materials and document findings clearly.
• Support line clearances, label reviews, RMA processing, and CAPA investigations.
• Assist with electronic QMS tickets, document control activities, and calibration records management.
• Use microscopes, tensile testers, and other lab tools for inspection tasks.
• Communicate quality issues across departments and help redirect priorities when needed.
• Follow safety protocols and support other quality-related duties.
