Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Post-Closing Specialist to support the proper administration of post-closing processes for various loan types. You will ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of loan files, while adhering to the bank's documentation policies.

Responsibilities include preparing documents, posting-closing tasks, handling exceptions, and coordinating with internal teams and outside counsel to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of loan processing experience.
• Knowledge of loan documentation and post-closing review.
• Familiar with collateral control, loan servicing, and compliance.
• Knowledge of consumer and commercial lending regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare barcodes for loan packages and booking.
• Process payouts and disbursements per post-closing checklist.
• Record documents and perform posting-closing tasks.
• Enter pending items as exceptions in the system.
• Upload documents to Web Director as needed.
• Ensure title requirements and appraisals are secured and approved.
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel to resolve items.
• Assist with special projects as necessary.
