The role involves examining and processing accounting records, implementing improvements in accounting procedures, and working closely with a supportive team. Qualificações

• Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or receivable.
• Must be well-organized and able to problem-solve.

Responsabilidades

• Record daily transactions within the accounting system.
• Process accounts receivable and prepare invoices.
• Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Prepare month-end and year-end adjustments.

Conhecimentos

Understanding of GAAP

Familiarity with payroll and accounting systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
